My product is faulty, what should I do?

If you experience any problems with your product, please contact our Support Team, we will try to resolve the problem without the need to return the product.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to solve a product fault without the product being send-in.  Please be patient with our Support Team as we are doing their best to resolve your issue.

In the situation, where there is a need to send in the item. You should include a copy of the order invoice or documentation showing the order number of the item(s) returned to the address below.

Exchange Policy

We allow the exchange of goods within 7 working days at no additional cost provided:

a)      Goods are spoilt or defective

b)      It is not the product that you order

c)      There is an original invoice.

d)     There is a copy of our email with the Order No.

e)      Product must be in re-sellable condition

The following items are non-exchangeable:

a)      Items ordered wrongly by the customer. (We expected immediate notification if you realize that you bought the wrong items).
b)      Change of mind



Only Slendertone, Rio Beauty, no! no! and AIBI gym equipment products are covered under local warranty unless stated otherwise. All accessories products are entitled to 30 days warranty. We do not issue a warranty card as all the customer details will be recorded into our system.
