I'M HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you're having problems accessing our website, we suggest that you have the latest version of your operating system provider e.g. Windows, OSX etc. If you’re still having problems, and include:

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will take approximately 14 working days to deliver your order. For those who order equipment, our Support Team will call you within 3 working days once they received the purchase order, to arrange a delivery schedule.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We are unable to amend any part of your order or payment method once your order is complete. Please ensure that you check all details before submitting your order. If you need any assistance, please drop us an email at [email protected]
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items within the next working day As soon as you discover a fault, please drop us an email at [email protected] with the order number, the faulty item's name and product code and a brief description of the fault.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER
please drop us an email at [email protected] with the order number and the incorrect item's name and product code. We'll get back to you within 3 working days and try to resolve it for you as quickly as we can.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please drop us an email at [email protected] with the order number and the missing item's name and product code. We will try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to use registered post, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have mail tracking. We can’t make an exchange for you without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your returns parcel. The whole process of servicing & exchange will take approximately 2-3 weeks. Alternatively, you can send in personally to our service center.

WARRANTY
Only Slendertone, Rio Beauty, Lumidiet, no! no! and AIBI gym equipment products are covered under local warranty unless stated otherwise. All accessories products are entitled to 30 days warranty. We do not issue a warranty card as all the customer details will be recorded into our system.
